Terminal Services Manager doesn't open

When I try to open TS Manager, it goes down to the task bar, but won't open. It's like it is permanently minimized. Is there a way to get this to open correctly w/out restarting the server?

Ok, I restarted the server, and TS manager is still having the same problem.

I ran into a lot of dead ends - but found this in an old post. It solved my problem.

Basically on the shortcut change the properties to open maximized (mine was set to normal window).
