Terminal Services error: 1004 (OfficeUserData)

Hi all...Thanks for any help you can offer...

I am getting this error all the time on my Term Server machine (it is in app mode and used by remote sales force for Office 2k applications)...The error is as follows:

Detection of product (bunch of numbers and letters here) feature 'OfficeUserData', component (more letters and numbers) failed.

The source of the error is MsiInstaller...Also the product changes; sometimes it is 'ExcelUserData' or 'WordUserData'...

Anyone know what this means?...The error info I found so far does not lead me to a solution...Nor am I sure if this is actually causing any damage...

I should also point out that this error seems to only occur for select users. Some users never trigger this event. AJ
