Here's the situation. I have multiple branch offices connecting to our terminal server to input data. Periodically they get disconnected. One particular location is having unusually high disconnection rates. All the clients are on either DSL or Cable connections. Our network in the internal office is well looked after with battery backed up networking hardware and local clients. I am assuming that the problem lies in the branch office. They are connecting (2 of them) through a linksys BEFSR41 gateway. Both systems have just been re-built (software wise) and seem to be very stable. Sometimes both clients get disconnected at the same time, other times, its only one. When it is both clients, in the connection manager, only one is recognized as being "disconnected", I must manually disconnect the other session. What else should I be looking for to track down this problem. Any suggestions would be greatly apreciated.
