Terminal Services Client Compatability/Operability

I use TS on WM 2003 to connect to a W2K server, works fine.
Window size is surprisingly useful IF you have access to redesigning the actual screens used. We use a DB app that we made some clever, simple menus for, and always optimised the screen layout.
Trying to run normal windows stuff though...users are going to hate you after a while - there is a function to jump around the screen (top left, top right, centre etc) which helps a little, but it can still be annoying.
