Terminal Services Blank Screen

I have users that log into our server from the internet. Every so often when they log in, after they enter their passwords, Terminal Services just throws up a black screen and they can't do anything, and I have to reset their connections. Any idea why this happens? Thanks.

I have the same issue. Microsoft has an article on it, but this is not my case at all. Info appreciated.

How about RDP protocol? Is it passing those proxies/firewalls/routers ? Gia Betiu
