What ports do I need to open to enable Terminal Service access to a remote server that is protected by a firewall? Game Over, Man!

RDP uses TCP 3389.

If you are using the Web interface to access the Terminal server you will need to also open TCP 80. (And if you were using Citrix you'd need TCP 1494).
