Terminal service group policy

Hi!

I am a new administrator of Windows 2000 server. I have a question here:

When I assigned a logon scripts for Terminal service client users to logon server and run an application program. Whose users are member of a GroupUser. But the other users not belong to GroupUser also run same application program when they logon to the server. Can you help me how can I set up a group policy to run program only the users belong to that GroupUser.
