Terminal Service Access from XP Pro accross Net

Question,

Can I use terminal services to connect from home to my server without setting up VPN?

Also, does windows xp pro have any configuration issues with this type of set-up.

You shouldn't have a problem really, as long as your server at home has a public IP, or a firewall allowing the RDP service port 3389..
