I have 2 persistent problems with a Windows 2000 Terminal Server. First, their Outlook 2000 messes up all the time, and they get bounced emails that say:
Logging off and logging back on fixes the problem temporarily.
Secondly, in IE 6, they will print blank pages, including seeing blank pages in the preview. So I had them try Firefox, and it fails to print as well simply saying "the page failed to print" but it will print to a different printer.
Just as with the Outlook problem, logging off and logging back on corrects the problem temporarily.
I have to suspect that the problems are related since logging off works every single time. Any ideas? I have tried troubleshooting the problems individually, including the big useless microsoft 15-item checklist for the outlook problem. I am stumped.
