terminal server on windows 2000

hey my win2k server dumped and i had to run the repair
win2k install all is well except

my temserv will not start up when go to start it manually
it give ordinal 135 not found in mstapl.dll or something like that if have search everywhere for this error

Have you tried simply uninstalling Terminal Services and re-installing them? It might be quicker then trying to troubleshoot this error.

I agree with drtree. Go to the Add/remove Programs and under windows components reinstall TS.

after doing recover
sp4 had to removed

and i had already removed internet information services
and terminal services

after blowing away sp4 all went well
