Terminal Server Lisencing

I have setup and configured a new 2003 TS box and now installed 5 x TS CAL's. All PC's that are connecting are XP and the lisences appear to be issued as 89 day temporary lisences. None of the Terminal services lisences are being used. Should this fail over when the temp's expire or do I need to do anything further?

What kind of TS CALs did you buy? Per-device or per-user?

Go into terminal services configuration (in admin tools), and look for the licensing value. Make sure it it set to per-device.
