Terminal Server Client ?

I have users that are disconnected from the Terminal Server due to high Internet traffic. When this is done they connect back into the server but they get a different session. This is starting to be a problem b/c then all the sessions are taken up. How can I make the server force them to their previous session, so that they are only taking up one? Any one else out there having this problem? Thanks

Well that would be nice to get but some clients can be a little tight. They have 256 but they have like 10 users logging into their TS. From what I have read I think each users takes between 20-25K of bandwidth. Do you know where I can find out what this number really is and maybe then I can open up my clients eyes. Thanks

Also Glen it could be a bandwidth problem as to why they are disconnected but when they reconnect they should get into their disconnected session, not a new one. That is my problem I need to fix for now.

I believe that they will always start a new session. Someone could go into the ts admin manager, and disconnect any duplicate user accounts, but without logging off correctly, the session will stay connected. For a temp fix, can you have someone maintain the ts admin manager, and when a user gets bumped, they can call and disconnect the session? Maybe somebody knows more about scripts can tell you if a script could be written so if a user gets signs on a second time, the first session is disconnected? Glen A. Johnson
