I have a Windows 2003 server running Terminal Services. The problem I have is that users can not use Remote control

I have added the users to the Remote Desktop users Group and then followed the help files

Open Terminal Services Configuration
Open the connection properties
On the permissions tab I have given Remote Desktop Users - Full Controll

When a user logs on, opens tsadmin, click Remote Control, click ok then an error msg is displayed

Session (ID 2) remote control failed
(Error 5 - Access Denied)

N.B.

If I add them to the Administrator group then RC works fine.

What am I missing here ?

Not a silly question.

How do I tell which mode I am in, and what are the differences

TIA

Ok I think I sorted this

Start menu -> My Computer -> Right Mouse -> Properties -> Remote tab -> Turn on Remote assistance.

This seems to work.
