I have a terminal that has locked up and is only showing user 1.. user2.. etc.. at the top of the screen. Any suggestions? Power cycling the modem and the terminal has not helped....

Terminal lockup on Prologix

Yes the SAT is locked up. I did find that the modem connected to the switch was not answering, we are replacing, but I am not suree this was the cause. Any info would be appreciated!

Some steps:
Disconnect teh SAT and use a laptop or PC with something like hyperterminal and see if you get a login prompt. If it does the port is OK. If not, call Avaya.
Switch of the SAT and put it on again. If connected and configured proparly, you'll get a login prompt.
Check for more information on your SAT terminal.
Remember not to login as 4410. Then you can have this problem also. Try "control +D" (might be C or anoter) but it will disconnect and normally give the login prompt back.
