Terminal client screen blanks

Hello; I'm very new to terminal services so please bare with me as I hopefully ask this question in away that makes sense..

I have a windows 2000 server running terminal server and my remote workstations are running terminal services client software version 5.2.3790.0 and the Windows version is Windows 2000 5.00.2195 with Service Pack4, connecting via a high speed internet connection.

My problem is that whenever a client is logged into the terminal server and they minimize the client screen the client screen goes blank when it is restored.

Can any one give me some help as to why this is happening and possibly what the fix is..
