I have a site that has tenant service turned on and no one seems to know why that was ever done. Due to some changes that we are making the tenant service has become far more trouble than it is worth.

I'd like to get rid of the tenant service and was told that I can just out the service in LD 93 and all of the individual TN's would follow suit.

My question is do I simply

OUT
TENS

Thanks in advance!!!

Jack

Not all Route ACCESS_ARRAY blocks have been removed.

Severity: Info

It looks like the only data block with entries in it that matter is the RACC block.

But when I attempt to get rid of that I get --

REQ out

NEW or OUT is not allowed for this TYPE.

So, any ideas what I need to do to get rid of the tenant service?

TIA!!!!

Jack you can only do a change on RACC, do a PRT then try X them out, you may have to do the same for TACC. I never used RACC

OLD ROLMEN WORKING ON NORTELS AND AVAYA

I figured it out, finally!!

All of the RACC ALOW entries needed to be changed to DENY. Even if the RACC DENY entry comes up on the PRT it must say DENY ALL before you can delete the TENS data block.

Thanks for the help!!
