HI!

I have a S8710 with CM 2.2. I run a domestic Inbound Call center.
I wanted to use the Tenant partitioning feature to also terminate IPLC for an International call center and ensure I cannot patch the 2.

I have come across a couple of problems

First: The vector queues the call irrespective of the Tenant.( Even though its VDN is Tenant A, the vector can queue the call to Skill in Tenant B, even when tenant A and B cant call each other).

Second problem: An Agent can be assigned skills belonging to both the tenants (Tenant A and B ). It does not matter if Agent ID has Tenant A or B.

Have any of you guys worked on Tenanting feature before.
Any assistance, highly appreacite.
