Hi all, I have a Wink2K domain and a Citrix Metaframe XP farm. We are running into the problem now of users who for the most part are still running NT 4.0 Workstations are getting the error message "Your Terminal Services Temporary Client License will expire in X days. Please contact your Admin to get a permanent License! How do you do that? I have tried going into the Clients reg and deleting the key that holds the TS license info to see if the server would re-issue but it has not!
Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks

Are you running a Terminal Service License Server?

Hi there

Had exactly the same problem this week. It as a Windows 2000 issue. You will need to apply SP3, might be advisable to apply SP2 of Citrix Metaframe 1.8 as well.

However SP3 on it's own does not resolve the issue as stated my Technet. You will then need to ask Microsoft to relicense your Terminal Services.

I am not running a dedicated Terminal Server License Server! I have Terminal Services Licensing installed on one of our DC's and that is controlling the licenses! We have SP3 Installed on our 2Kserver already and have had Microsoft relicense our Terminal Services once but it seems like more and more NT4 Workstations are complaining of this!

Anyone else out there that can help me? Would greatly appreciate it!
