Temporary Disable Some Published application

Dear All :
I have about 40 Programs published , and some times I need to disable about 20 of them for about 2 or 4 hours ..

How can I do this with the less amount of administration ?

knwo that While the 20 application is disabled , the other 20 should still active ?
