im trying to change the 'new service request' page from the moss 'helpdesk'-template to contain some new listfields like 'department', which is already avaiable for the websitecollection above.
when i load this page called NewForm.aspx to SharePointDesigner i get an non-editable webpart there with some empty standard fields(not the view like in the browser).
so how may i edit this page?
maybe my question is kind of stupid but my asp/webpart-knowledge is not too good
