I'm testint telecommuter to work with a remote agent.
If the voice channel is busy due agent is making an extern call, his state doesn't change to auxout, it remains in autoin.
Definity can send an acd call to the agent and he can pick up it in the pc. Then, he is taking a call in the voice channel and the other call signalling is in the data channel. In BCMS, agent is en ACDIN state, and the acd call is processed.
Does anybody know if it's resolved with IP Agent?
