One-X Attendant Telecommuter Mode

I am trying to configure our one-x Attendants in Telecommuter mode, but when I dial something from the one-x console, the phone connected via the settings in telecommuter mode starts to ring, to complete the call I have to pick up the phone or hit the headset button. I just want the one-x console to directly control the phone so the operator does not have to hit buttons on the phone and the one-x console to get it to work. Any suggestions?

 
What do you have "auto answer" set to in the switch for the station ? Also, think there is a setting in the one X app that you have to set to auto or acd as well. ( I no longer have One X so I can not confirm this)
 
I set the switch to ALL on the station, it did not change results. I will dig deeper into one-x to see if there is options. I did not see one at first glance.



 
Have you tried setting to ACD on the station ? Also, if I am remembering this correctly ( I could be confusing it with One X Agent ) but I remember running into an issue while looking for that setting in One X as well but I remember something about only seeing the option to change it while initially setting up the user in One X. Again I no longer have it and it has been a while so I cant double check this. Hope it helps !
