I am a new telecom engineer with not great experience in Avaya systems. I need some help to learn some basics like the Communication Manager's commands and telecommunication basics. I have read the Little Administration books and they are very helpful but I need something more.
I would appreciate any tips.

Check out faq690-6418.

I would like to thank both SF0751 and mgraval for your replies. The truth is that I had checked out the FAQ690-6418 that is why I know about the Little administration books. The Avaya support site onn the other hand is too big and with tons of books which makes it really hard to find something for a beggineer.

What type of new Avaya System do you have. It may be easier to guide you if we narrow down the options a bit.

If it helps, you can type in "newterm" using a terminal or ASA and it will list the software version you are running.

Hell, there are no rules here - we're trying to accomplish something.
