We have one TDM answering point phone (M3904). The rest of the phones are I/P I2004 sets. Every couple of days or so she'll get a call at the TDM answering point phone, she presses the Transfer key, dials the i2004 ext # and after the ringing stops she hears static (when the i2004 answers). The I/P phone can't hear a thing. She returns to the incoming line and attempts the transfer successfully the second time around. I've replaced the VGMC card and after that I placed calls to every port on the VGMC card to verify that each channel can hear and be heard. I had to busy out 20 of the ports at a time but in three rounds of testing I went through all 32 ports. We're using G.711. PBX is 3.0 Usually when I stat the VGMC card there are only 4 or 5 ports busy. Any ideas??
