TDD

I have an Opt. 11C rls. 25.40. I just added TDD to all secretary sets so that when they are on primary DN they can see second call on rollver DN. However, I'm now finding out that when their bosses get calls (and the bosses' DNs are programmed on secy phones) their display updates with the caller ID of the person who is calling the boss. It never even occurred to me that this could happen and I'm wondering if there's any way I can allow TDD to only update the LCD screen with calls to the primary and rollover DN. thank you.

I do not know if that is possible. You could put them back to ADD and add a Display key to the set. Press display then line that is ringing and it will display the caller ID for that line.

Are they programmed as SCR or SCN keys?

SCR keys so the secretary can hear them.

Oh I was going to say try them as scn keys to see if that made a difference but I can see that would be impossible.

I happened to already have tried that but it doesn't help.
