TDA200 pricing question

Hi -
I'm looking to list a TDA200 on ebay and was wondering how much I should charge?
It's an older v1 cabinet/motherboard that did not need the password from Panasonic. It currently has v2 software running with a large power supply. I have other cards for it but am listing them separately.

Any suggestions?
I'm not sure if the "unlocked" status should make it worth more or less.

OK - it has:
2 - 16 port digital extension cards
1 - T-1 Card (not PRI)
1 - 8 port CO Card

Any suggestions on what it's worth now?

I have someone offering me the system to buy - I would then sell it on eBay and there are none listed there to gauge what I should pay for it.

I know what it would cost new. But I'm wondering what it is worth as a used system - I can't sell it as new.

The system consists of:
1 - KX-TDA100 CONTROL UNIT w/power supply
1 - PRI CARD
1 - PANASONIC 8 EXTENSION CARD
7 - KX-T7630 LCD DISPLAY SPEAKERPHONE SETS - 3 unopened
1 - KX-TVA50 2-PORT VOICE MAIL SYSTEM

He wants $1200 for it - I think it's too high.

Suggestions?

I have registered more TDA's then 90% of the panasonic vendors in the US. I was just saying I could use it for $5
