TCP Reset-I - Session freeze

I am having a problem with users that at any time can freeze. In the firewall log I can only see the following: -

Feb 2 13:50:05 XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX %Pix-6-302014 Teardown TCP Connection 2585463 for Outside XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX/4099 to inside : XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX/37496
duration 3:13:03 bytes 260269 TCP Reset-I

I think is has to do with the closing handshake. Can any one please expand on this?
