Is there a quick and easy way to restrict what port ranges the various networker processes will listen on? (is it even a good idea?)
platform: Networker 6.0.3 on AIX 4.3.3.
problem: one of the nsrmmd processes is listening on 9006. Some Oracle process or another is trying to listen on that port as well (and apparently can't be easily changed). I'm sure that by bouncing networker, the nsrmmd will select a different port next time, but I can't bounce it quite yet. I want to restrict it in the future so that it uses a controlled set of ports.
