TCP (established) filter with NAT???

So here's the story. I have a small network at home connected to the internet with NAT on a dial on demand router (win2k server). I want to set up a input packet filter allowing only TCP (established) trafic to enter the network however when I enable this I can only get to some web sites and not others.

The Question is why? doesn't seem to make sense!

Any help would be appreciated.
