Does anyone know whether TclBlend 1.2.6 is compatible with the Java 2 SDK version 1.3? Under a Windows environment, that is.

The quick answer: yes. I've got TclBlend 1.2.6 running with the Java 1.3.1 SDK on my Windows 2000 system. The problem is, I can't quite remember what I had to do to make it work properly. It turned out that my Java installation was munged, and in trying to reinstall it, things got screwed up in my registry as well. (Windows can be so much fun, hiding all the important information in obscure locations in the registry.)

Bottom line is that I think everything would have worked okay following the documented Windows TclBlend installation process if my Java installation hadn't been mucked up. - Ken Jones, President
