Our state tax is about to go up. I see in the manual how you can change your tax.
My question is about alcohol.
If I change my tax and it is included in the price of a drink, are all my drinks going to go up just a bit? Example: Will a beer go from $3.50 to $3.62?
I think it will. Is there a way to reset all my prices to adjust for this or do I have to go item by item to round them up or down to keep my prices in even numbers?

I should have said: Running micros 3700, version 4.8

It depends on how you have it set up.
If you're using inclusive tax rates, (ex. beer price in micros is set to 3.50 and tax is automatically backed out), then the new tax rate will be automatically applied and there will be no change.
However, if you have your beverage prices set to selling price minus tax, (ex. beer is priced at say 3.22, tax is added and the total is 3.50), then you'll have to adjust all your bev prices.
