Hi all. I am looking into installing Taske on our system and would like some feedback for you guys on it before hand. Are you using it? Do you have any trouble out of it? Would you do it again?

I have seen it at several locations, overall... nice product. I am recommending it at the location I am at now because of the GUI interface and the cradle to grave reporting.

-it is really close to what Avaya IQ is supposed to do; even if I have never seen a live demo work right :p.
-it is a fraction of the cost!!
-free software upgrades, as long as you keep maintenance
-works in a VM environment
-customer support is really easy to work with.

Only problem is.... cannot change agent skill sets, this is supposed to be released end of summer.
