Hello,
I searched the MS knowledgebase and here and could not find an answer to this strange happening. When pointing to icons on the taskbar, the text tip box pops up BEHIND the tool bar so that you cannot read the tip and identify the icon. It works properly when you point to quick launch icons but not the icons in the task bar. You can see the tip popping up behind and on some you can read the first few lines and on others it cannot clear the taskbar at all.
Has anyone seen this or know how to fix it?
