Task Manager evoked by cntr+alt+del

I am using the new version logon screen for users, but want to be able to access the traditional logon with a ctrl+alt+del. When I invoke this, it opens to task manager. What is going on and how do I fix this? Thanks.

At the Welcome Screen CTRL+Alt+Del twice will give you the traditional logon dialog. If the Windows Desktop is up & you want to get to the Welcome Screen quickly use Windows+L, then CAD twice as mentioned before.

Yes, the windows+L works to bring up the account logon page, but interestingly, from there the CAD does not invoke the classic logon box. Any thoughts on why this happens? Thanks.

So it seems.......

If you disable Fast User Switching, you get most of the behavior that you want, however when logging on with a different user, the first user is logged off.
