Task Manager display is wrong - missing tabs

Task Manager display is wrong - missing tabs across the top.

My Toshiba Tablet PC Portege 3505 & Gateway Tablet PC M275 both have the problem, with XP Pro.

shows these tabs:

"Applications, Processes, Services, Performance, Networking, Users" I only have "Applications". Can this be fixed?

Just double click on top gray area - menu pops up again. Sheesh, what a dumb, relatively undocumented "feature". Note CTR+Tab to rotate through the menu.

Microsoft do have a specific MSKB on this but you are right it does catch the unwary out.
