TAPIT Call Accounting recovery

My customer has an older version of TAPIT EX 4.1.6 which they were using on their NEC system before we replaced it with IPO. It has been out of service for about two years and I would like to add it to their IPO, but they forgot the password they used to login to TAPIT Web Reports. Does anyone know how I would reset the admin user/password? The unit is no longer under support, but before we buy the new support license they want to make sure they still want it.

You may want to try calling Tapit yourself as their vendor and see if they will assist you. I have done this in the past and they have helped me out without charging or having a contract. They won't assist the end-user without a contract, but you may be able to get your answer from them without a charge.
