We have a customer who upgraded to UCA 3.1 and now wants tapi dialing for ACT back. To add to the fun he has 64bit version of Windows 7, which is why he upgraded from YA 5.0. Anyone know if there is a tapi they can use or if there is a way for ACT to dial? The docs just show contact integration.

I've not yet tried it, but think this would do it:

I think 64 bit is ok as the download URL:
has a 64 bit
but they only mention:
Windows XP and Windows Vista
and not Windows 7....
