TAPI question 1

hello ....

i have installed the lan cte and personal call manager

the key code is there ..

but when i try to dial , it gives me this message :

(the requested TAPI function faild 0x80000019)

how could i figure it out ????

also i went to application in element manager

i checked the lan cte and machime name ,all is ok,,,

On the personal call manager did you set the dialling properties correctly to allow the PCM to dial out.

Tools --dial using(Tapi line extn no) and dialing properties 9 etc for local area code, long distance.

in the TAPI line i could not put an ext. no.

i only got some options like h323 ,and others,,

but in address i entered the associated ext. no.

why ???

now it is working perfect

in the TAPI line i entered the ext. no. , i found it in last of the list droped down ...

Thats good.

I should have said it was the last option on the dropdown list.
At least its working now.
