I have an IPO 500v2 running 7.0. We are installing an outbound dialer for a call center on it. When I look at the modem set-up screen it shows me - Line 10: IP Office Phone: 223. Where is the system getting this info from and is there a way to shorten the total characters that are displayed? The box is only so big and I cannot see all the characters.
