Tapi and Outlook 2000

Hi All, I for the life of me, cannot get tapi to work with Outlook 2000, it works with 2003, 2007 and the tapi driver can be configured to dial out using the Microsoft phone dialer.
No matter what I try I cannot get the ip office extension to show up in the dialing properties of outlook, even though it will show up in Microsoft phone dialer. I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times with the same results each time.
IP Office is at 4-0-5 software and am using 4-0-20 user software. Any Ideas??????

In outlook go to the line properties, it will show up with a drop down list. IP Office TAPI does not show in the list. use the arrow down key to reveal it, can't be done with the mouse...

Yeah, it only shows two items, tried that to no avail....

Already went through that thread and tried everything stated there, still can't get it to show up in the line properties...

We had this problem untill we did a cold reset of the IP Office.
