Tapeware id pretty useless as a back up system!

I have found Yosemite Tapeware backup pretty useless and I have no confidence that it is working even when it says it is.
I have had problems with a restore and gave up on that one.
I also found that if you have the Tapeware box open it doesn't run as scheduled.
Scheduleing doesnt work or works when it wants to and since the backups do not have dates on them it is really odd trying to organise tapes and then find one to restore from.
