I had a tape get stuck last night that had duplicates of four backups. The tape is trashed, and I need to rerun bpduplicate but I get

11:33:27 INF - Skipping backup id usdalfsr03_1087605503, it already has 2 copies.

11:33:30 INF - Skipping backup id usbkrsrv02_1087619089, it already has 2 copies.

11:33:33 INF - Skipping backup id usbkrweb04_1087605943, it already has 2 copies.

11:33:35 INF - Skipping backup id usdalapp19_1087624138, it already has 2 copies.

How do I get a third copy, or what's the best way to handle this?

Thanks, in advance!

NB 3.4 Delete the copy 2 and rerun duplicate
NB >4.5 increase number of copies from 2 to 3 in the GUI

NB 3.4
bpexpdate: -backupid <backup id> -d <mm/dd/yyyy HH:MM:SS | 0 | infinity>
[-client <name>] [-copy <number>] [-force]
[-M <master_server,...,master_server>]

bpexpdate -backupid usdalfsr03_1087605503 -d 0 -copy 2 -M <your_master_sersername>

NB 4.5 and greater
In the GUI on the master server go to
Host Properties and double click on Master Server
double click on the name of the master server
Click on the tab "Global NetBackup Attributes"
Increase "Maximum Backup Copies" to 3
run duplicate.
