Hi...obviously I have a problem!

I have incoming DID's that I send to a station which has remote call coverage paths

Incoming DID --> Station (SAC on) --> Remote Coverage Path

The problem is the second incoming call gets a busy even if I have multiple coverage points in the coverage path. I do not have vectoring turned on. Definity 3GSi V9.2

Can I fix this with a hunt group?

Incoming DID --> Station 1 (SAC on) --> Remote Coverage Path
Station 2 (SAC on) --> Remote Coverage Path
Station 3 (SAC on) --> Remote Coverage Path
Station 4 (SAC on) --> Remote Coverage

Thoughts, solutions..appreciated.

I think the huntgroup thing is not gonna work. To be sure you're allways free to test it but I would recommend the next steps, because it is possible.

Check the coverage path and make sure that this is set uo correctly.
Test if the remote number can receive two calls at the time by just calling it.
If not, and CCRON (Coverage of Calls Redirected Off Net)is set to "no", the second caller will get busy tone.
Check this CCRON at the "ch sys cov" form and see if you can set it to "yes".

If you still have the problem you might now consider to put a second coverage point in the coverage path so the caller at least hears something.

But as I said earlier, check the settings and play with it.

Good luck!!

Thanks...

Turns out that I cannot set CCRON to yes, and I cannot set a second coverage path. I have to see what this is going to cost.
