This sounds trivial except for this little tidbit:
The original owner of the public folder no longer works here and her account was removed (deleted) from the system. It is not obvious to us where we can actually go to remove this public folder. We actually just want to delete it because it is giving our real-time virus scanner a bit of a hiccup because it cannot access this public folder for scanning. All options like Properties etc are greyed out??
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm guessing we might have to go to the registry level to remove this?? Also we can go into "RAW" mode and we have an option of deleting the RAW direrctory but we are not familiar with what this might do?? Sorry to be so long winded.
Thanks in advance.
