are you trying to take the processor out of protected mode of go into protected mode?
there are many things you need to be aware of in each mode. it would take me all month to explain the rudiments so a simple explaination suited to your requirements will be more efficient - so what is your purpose?

Set the lowest bit of MSW/Cr0.
