Ok, I've looked and looked around the net and I've finally resided on to this:
What I'm trying to do is something like this but it seems that vbacc..com is the only thing close that I can find to a relatively easy to customize tab[strip].

It comes with the full source. the only problem is, I need it to have only the icon/images on the tab with the width of those icons (no captions). That way it just submits pictures. Maybe someone could help me out?

BTW, this forum looks nice! Hopefully, I can help/be helped.

Thanks,

Nick

Nobody? It seems like noone cares about the tabstrip at all. It was this way 4 years ago - and yet no progress has been made! argh!

Its true that the tabstrips dont allow much customisation, unless you create one from scratch. It is quite possible to employ the drawing effects in conjunction with picboxes or frames to recreate a tabstrip. Its also good to search the planetsourcecode.com for source codes.

But if your question goes unanswered, pls make sure you dont bump the post.

Then how is it to be answered? The default thread show is like 5 posts - if it's not bumped noones going to see it. It's just frustrating that out of all the forums I've asked his at none of them actually knew theirselves how to customize it. sigh.

You may like to read faq222-2244 - it may give you some ideas about how to get better answers. Generally if a post needs bumping it means either:

1. Your question isn't clear
2. It's in the wrong forum
3. There isn't a decent answer.

It's usually worth doing a search on the forum to see what is known about the problem. There have been many discussions in this forum about tabstrips (most of them fairly old now) and a search on the Keyword Search Tab at the top of the page may help.
