This happens to me a lot - when I have created a table in Word, when it is displayed in the Normal view its how I want it, but in print layout view the rows are broken up with breaks in between, and some of the rows are repeated with the same words.
How do I get what the normal view and the outline views show to be printed out?

The PRINT view is what will print. I never, ever, use the NORMAL view (not even sure what the POINT of it is!). Do all your design in PRINT view and you'll get what you see.

You know....it almost sounds to me like you've got your page set to center vertically on the page. That's what happens to a table when you center it vertically on a page.

Go to File-Page setup, Layout tab, and check your vertical alignment. Should be TOP. Anne Troy
