Table Headers in Word 3

I have a Word document which has a table extending accross many pages. The first row has column headers. I would like this row to repeat automatically at the top of each page. Is there a reasonable way to do this?

Hi,
Assuming Word 2003 -Put your cursor in the Table Header row, click on the Table menu and select Heading Rows Repeat.
