Thanks for a quick reply, but I've already tried that to the customers dismay. It's slightly more complicated. When I copied the set, she called back in a couple days and said she didn't want the phone to ring, only to show by the indicator arrow that the line was ringing. And then began to explain that she would like to change this functionality on several phones in her office. At that point I should have said, "Contact your local Nortel Dealer", but I didn't. I said I would look into it and get the problem resolved. That was a week ago. What I think I really need is a specific application that will allow me to change whether the call can be answered by handset or by manually pressing the line button with the active incoming call. I'm not even confident that I have been sniffing around in the correct Feature ** category. Thanks again for the quick response earlier.
