Greetings everyone,

I've recently installed a T1 line at a client everything is working well(E&M, Wink-start, D4, AMI, expecting 0 digits). Except for the fact that when you make a call to the client, it'll give you a line tone for about five seconds then pass you onto the AutoAttendant with a HuntGroup as a Fallback Extension. When I checked the SSA, it tells me these five seconds are the "Seizing". Is this normal? Is there anyway to get a normal ringback during this time? Any help would be appreciated.

Any idea at all what this might be? I'm in the Dominican Republic, and my provider is Claro. I've got an IPO500v2 7.0(5)

This is to do with the settings on your T1, you need to play with the timers and settings to get this rectified, do this in conjunction with the provider :)

My provider is a bit tight-lipped and money-hungry, they won't give me any information, they want to charge me for installation services and just not give me any info. So I've just been trying to search around for some info that might help, been playing around the timers and whatnot. But thanks for the reply.
